I am Nico, a Chilean entrepreneur, creator of this space and plant-based cook by profession.
In 2012 I learned about the reality of modern nutrition, I did not hesitate to generate a change towards a more conscious eating style and in the process share my process on social networks.
In 2013 I started Simple y Vivo, as an information channel. I ended up changing my lifestyle, leaving behind old habits and profession.
In 2014 I packed my bags and traveled to Austin for a year to study and graduate as a plant based chef, specializing in different plant-based diets.
Back in Chile in 2015 (and to date), I make Simple y Vivo my full-time activity 24/7, teaching healthy cooking classes on a monthly basis and participating in different experiences to follow my passion and fulfill the mission:
Promote a diet rich in flavor and nutrition, in harmony with our health and that of the Earth.
